  • The 3rd challenge is the Nutrition Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you choose to accept:

    *Eat 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    It can be all vegetables or any combo of both. What is a serving? For the purpose of our challenge we will use the American Heart Association definition: Vegetables: 1 cup of raw leafy vegetables (about the size of a small fist), 1/2 cup of other vegetables or 1/2 cup of vegetable juice. Fruits: 1 medium fruit (the size of a baseball); 1/2 cup chopped, cooked or canned fruit; or 1/2 cup juice.

    One suggestion, but not part of the challenge: Please post at least one picture of a healthy meal you eat this week. It provides great ideas for everyone in our game! And remember to make healthy food choices in other food groups but we are not measuring those for this challenge.

    **At the end of the week I will ask you to comment under a post I will have pinned at the top of the game page. You will need to click on (comment) below that post and report in there. You will have until Saturday 6:00 PM Pacific Time to report in. I will then put all the players who completed this weeks challenge into our drawing for a $30 Amazon gift card or PayPal cash!

Food is my drug, so I understand the binge eating. On this journey, I’ve decided to really put focus into not just WHAT I’m eating, but WHY I’m eating. For me, this is just as mental as it is physical. Just try to focus on your mentality and finding out why you binge, then work on those triggers! You aren’t alone!

  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host!

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating. (Optional of course)

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the challenge if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, 5 days this week. That's any 5 days between the start of the game until Saturday evening.

    Starting on Friday there will be a post here, at the top of the game feed, for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 9:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $10 cash prize. Each week the prize amount goes up!

    And one suggestion, but not part of the challenge, please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss/fitness journey, and what your short/long term goals are! Just for fun let us know where you are from. I live in Utah.

I'm Jordan and live in MA. I have a 2 year old and just finished nursing school, so I finally have some time to work on losing that baby weight. I'm down almost 10 pounds so far and have another 20 to go!

Water goal is to drink my 40oz bottle twice a day.
