Non-scale victory of the week!

I grocery shopped and ate in(therefore 10x healthier meals) more!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More intense workouts and no lazy days(I had at least 2) need to at least be doing something everyday!

I’m planning on continuing in the start of the Insanity program. So 5 or 6 workouts per week. I need to make sure to get enough sleep(6-8hr). And meal prep lunches for the week and make dinners at home too! Lots of water, at least 110oz per day.
