Non-scale victory of the week!

Made healthy eating choices. Wanted to eat fast food, but packed smart or exercised self-control to wait until I got home.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe be stronger than my excuses. But I think I did the best I could considering. It was a stress inducing week. I wasn’t sleeping, so I didn’t go to the gym. I think that was a smart choice.
