Non-scale victory of the week!
i’ve been successfully fasting 16/4 for the past two weeks and it is made a huge difference!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I let myself get so hungry that I went to fast food and I ate Burger King and I really felt like a failure that day, but I got back on track the next day and it’s been a week since I’ve eaten any fast food so I can do better!
