Any Pilates YouTube workout I can follow along with. There is a ton of them.

The only thing I like is walking but it's snowy here too so I bought a walking pad and I work from home so I'm able to walk while I work

    The challenge: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, 5 days this week. You can do anything you want, as long as you're moving........ You can break it up into segments if you need to.
