  • The birds are waking me up way to early 😅5-6 am and I only need to wake up at 7-7:30 !
    Did my yoga at 6 am . This was breakfast with my homemade whole wheat bread , 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of butter with delicious tomatoes .

Jessie it happens to all of us . I start with high heat and as soon as I crack my eggs I lower the heat to medium low
