Non-scale victory of the week!

Had blood work done and all my numbers are down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Pushed myself harder at the gym.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I started to eat pretty much vegan except 2 meals this week. I think this has made a big difference. I'm going to continue to eat healthy vegan for the most part. We go on vacation this week so I need to make sure I keep up my good habits of eating healthy and exerciseing. I plan on packing food and I'm taking a jump rope and plan on walking or running every morning.

I ran from the car into Walmart without hurting. I don't typically run at all due to knees.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workout more and had fewer cheat meals. In my mind I was celebrating for winning my first diet bet.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Go to gym 5 days, walk or jog on treadmill at least 2 days and get my eating back on point. Also I'm going to work hard at not letting the things life throws at me get me off track.

I have more energy and I want to workout.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing really I ate right and worked out. Just wish my husband would do the same his blood pressure was around 210 last weekend. That was very scary and stressful. Oh I did eat a little to much at the Mexican restaurant on Thurs.

I can now easly walk down stairs. Before my knees would ache.

I could have worked out more. I caught a cold and used that as an excuse since I didn't feel good.
