Non-scale victory of the week!
Had blood work done and all my numbers are down.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I started to eat pretty much vegan except 2 meals this week. I think this has made a big difference. I'm going to continue to eat healthy vegan for the most part. We go on vacation this week so I need to make sure I keep up my good habits of eating healthy and exerciseing. I plan on packing food and I'm taking a jump rope and plan on walking or running every morning.
