Hi Everyone!
I’m excited at the mix in our New Year group, and the motivation is already obvious!I’m sure many of us are here with resolutions in mind. If this is you, I encourage you to state your resolution. But more than that, make it very specific. We all want to lose weight, but our brains need detail. Like, “I will substitute leafy greens for a carb at at least one meal a day”, or "I will add 10 minutes of brisk walking to whatever else I do 5 days a week”.
You get it. Think about it. Plan. Be specific.
There will be a test.😁
