My main focus is a more healthy lifestyle and to lose an overall 50 lbs by june. I have 2 very active teenagers (my oldest I coach her fast pitch team) I am so out of breath, groggy, have swollen feet, and always tired. I have a super sweet tooth also. Being able to have this group "hold me accountable" is a huge help for me.

Hi all, my goal is consistency. Drink more water, swim, and get back to the gym.

I want to take one step at a time during my healing journey, so I'm breaking my goals into fundamental, buildable steps each week:
Week 1- Drink 2L H2O per day
Week 2- Consistently track my meals (calories and macros)
Week 3- Sleep 7-8 hours each night (Consistent sleep routine and sleep prior to midnight each night)
Week 4- 6k steps each day --I'm hoping that this is realistic by our 4th week since I just had ankle surgery two days ago :sweat_smile:
