I managed to resist binging over the weekend which has been a common occurrence over the past few weeks.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn't strength train as much as I would've liked, so I wish I had done that.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I'm off of work for the week so I will be incorporating outside work at home, this will kill 2 birds with one stone: being active and cleaning. also same goal as last week to add in more strength training. and go on as many hikes this week as possible while I'm off!!
