Non-scale victory of the week!
Maintaining my fast AND Whole30! Doing both was so exciting! And I really felt in control of my choices this week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I let myself storm eat a bit and overeat because I knew “technically” I would lose the weight regardless having fewer meals due to my fast. I could have managed that better and still been satiated.
