Non-scale victory of the week!

Maintaining my fast AND Whole30! Doing both was so exciting! And I really felt in control of my choices this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I let myself storm eat a bit and overeat because I knew “technically” I would lose the weight regardless having fewer meals due to my fast. I could have managed that better and still been satiated.

Maintain Whole 30 post fast. Get excited about what I have to eat. Stay low cost in my groceries.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I actually ate home-cooked food for almost every meal, and when I ate out at work I was able to choose the healthiest option for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did give in to temptation in the thought of “I’ll eat this before I start Whole 30” but I know that for me, the most important thing is to forgive myself and continue to support the healthy habits I’ve been adopting.
