Looking for low carb healthy desert ideas. My birthday is this week and I know my family will want some sort of desert but I don't want million calories cake. Suggestions?

I usually eat frozen fruit with yogurt. My fiancé will let his fruit thaw out for 20 minutes prior to eating it (so the time it takes to eat dinner usually). I absolutely love doing this and will mix it up with peanut butter or honey or even melted chocolate chips depending on the day (or sometimes just the fruit by itself).

  • Happy Friday!

    I don’t know about you guys but this week has flown by! My kids started school this week so that always makes for an interesting transition week. Both have been exhausted by the time they get home for the day.

    But it just means that I have to plan things a bit more than usual. Today is groceries and Costco, tomorrow is hitting the gym, and Sunday will be something for the family. The weather has finally mostly broken so we don’t start sweating as soon as we get outside. 😆

    What are your plans for the weekend? How are you staying on track for your plans?

    What are your overall goals for the game and how can we help support those?

    My goal is to move my body more. My husband and I are running Disney in April and we both need to get on that training, so my goal is to be more consistent with my runs and work on my overall speed. But at the same time, I’m not a morning person, so figuring out when to workout can be a challenge.
