Non-scale victory of the week!

Being able to run back and forth to the car to grab something without being winded!

I didn’t get to 10,000 steps but my daughter (8) and I are working out together to get stronger and that’s an amazing accomplishment

I got in 8,000 steps on one day! That was a victory!

I will continue to try and get more exercise in. Including getting to 10,000 steps at least once!
