I have done a great job at resisting many temptations. My dad took me to a yummy grocery store/bakery and I didn’t buy anything sweet or not healthy.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I feel like sometimes I’m cranky because I feel it’s “unfair” that I don’t get treats I want. But I put a picture of myself as my screensaver to remember what I look like right now and it has really kept me going towards my goals. Because of my migraines I can’t do a ton of exercising, well not much at all if any. What I like to do, and always have is some yoga. It’s called yin where you hold a pose for a few minutes. It feels good to stretch my hamstrings and neck and back because of the tension the migraines cause. But I do have to be careful because it can cause migraines too if I stretch to much or the wrong way so I tend to do it at night so that if it does cause a migraine I can go to bed after. At night sometimes I mix yin yoga with restorative. I don’t know if this is considered “exercise” since it isn’t cardio so I only put a few days a week.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I had my birthday yesterday and did succumb to some cake. I don’t want the taste of something sweet again to “jump start” sweet cravings and eating so my goal is to stay on track. Continue to try to do yoga and stretching without it giving me a migraine.
