Although I had poor eating plans (forgot my lunch, didn't take time to eat, skipped meals) I still made very good decisions about what and how much to eat when I finally did feed myself. The cravings did not win!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was feeling great about my progress until I weighed today. How did I GAIN a pound this week...?! Salad and water--- My calorie intake is the lowest it's ever been in my LIFE! Very bummed....

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On Sunday, I had 2 pieces of pizza and a few glasses of hard cider. I got sick from it and ended up losing it that night ... so I'm guessing that's a wash. However, on Monday I drank a small Dr.Pepper with a fish taco/tater tot combo. I gave in to a craving and I KNEW I was making a bad decision...and I was FULL....but I ate it all anyway.

I have been strong! Valentine's day presented many treats and I resisted them all! I even drank all my water (and then some) everyday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My sleep has been off due to Inventory scheduling. Sleep is necessary for metabolism so it would be great if I could fix that.
