Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been doing some serious strengh training! That kinda sucks though because my sore muscles are storing water now, so... No scale victories.

Maybe some more cardio plus better sleep.

I’ve begun to trust more in the process ❤️

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I lost the game again... I’m disappointed for sure, even though I’m grateful for making progress. I don’t know if I could have done any better. Maybe could have done more cardio as strength training workouts do actually make my body retain water like crazy.
