Usually half way through a dietbet game, I’ll stop weighing myself. The anxiety it causes helps me stay on track 😂 But it helps me focusing on *feeling* good! It’s also just a fun surprise to see at the end!

I did not track calories or stay within my calories yesterday (Super Bowl haha) but I didn’t over eat either which is a win!

  • I am starting late but have changed up my routine this month. Incorporating more protein before my workouts and intermittent fasting. These bets are great, but do anyone else seem to keep losing the same weight. I always binge after weighing in, at the end of the games 😭. hoping this month is different. My goal is more self-control after each bet it over.

You should look at a Transformer. It's a 6-month game with the goal of losing 10% of your body weight. Transformers keep me honest over the period of the game and I'm less likely to fail when it's over.
