Non-scale victory of the week!
so coming out of a surgery exactly a month ago where I have been restricted on no exercise no lifting no Zumba. It’s been very difficult. I am very proud that I only gained about 2 pounds.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
again, just need to get back on track with eating cause I kind of gave my body a break

still on restriction for activities like Zumba, but going to get back on my healthy eating routine and try to get back down where I was
