Non-scale victory of the week!
new watch band!!!! i have INSANELY thick bones at my wrist and thought that wrist size couldn’t change! it’s CRAZY to me!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
STRESS my PDA makes it so hard to do the things I “should” do, so stress is hard. but I’m slowly getting better. you can see the puffiness in my face and ankles from lack of sleep and cortisol

I am going to skip my goals—in an attempt to “trick” my PDA? I want to do better, but I know it’s easier to ease into things.
