Non-scale victory of the week!
I cleaned my bathroom! it was so gross but cleaning the bathroom is really tough on my back. it should be easier from here.

I want to TRACK my food. I know I’m not getting enough veg. I also think there’s been more sugar the last few days—the puffiness in my feet could be heat or sodium, but I think it’s more likely too much sugar
