  • Started my Wednesday with an early morning sweat session before the sun even came up! One way I get up early is to set out my clothes the night before, and my phone across the room with my alarm set so I have to physically get out of bed, stop scrolling at night to sleep, and i can go without thinking about what im about to do! Yes! I walked before work. Today I walked before work again and I take a strength training class after work.

I love the Propel packets. My favorite flavors are Black Cherry & Berry. I do like the Raspberry Lemonade too but I have to be careful when I drink it due to GERD/heartburn.

Use allulose if you need to. It helps with sugar cravings and also help suppress your appetite. It's incredible.

Try replacing your favorite sweets with healthier versions. Kodiak protein muffins give me my sweet fix. It's a box mix. Double dark chocolate is the best! 2 for breakfast feels like I'm having regular muffins.

Just finished my 6th workout this week. I've been walking 5 mornings a week since the beginning of January and taking strength training classes 3 times a week since the beginning of February. Staying consistent!

  • Took advantage of the warmer weather in Indiana today and managed to get chicken on a really good sale, so my husband & I prepped some chicken breast, skinless thighs, and pineapple on our grill! Yum! He also added BBQ to his & I paired mine with veggies. Love getting creative and cooking at home together to reach our goals. What did you have?
