I'm a runner, but I hurt my achilles because of my weight. It took a very long time to heal and I gained a lot of weight in the interim. I would like to lose the weight, and then some, to avoid future injuries.

Good luck. I’m also working my way back in running but it’s due to having 1/3 of my lung removed. Still out there even though I’m much slower now. Good job!!!
