Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been dieting properly and exercising 4 times a week I feel more energetic and less tired after exercise

I could have drink more water I feel very dehydrated some times

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I've been really good with the food choices I made I had small but nutritious meals I had to attend 2 birthday parties but I felt really strong and I was not tempted to eat cakes and cookies etc I've been exercising as well 30 to 50 minutes almost every day my stomach looks much smaller and I've already reached the target weight I'm really happy

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe I need to start going to the gym at the moment I'm exercising at home but I get interrupted quite a lot so it would be better if I join gym I'm happy overall

I just need to be persistent and strong There are so many birthdays coming in this month that also includes mine ?????? if I continue the routine I'm following now In Sha Allah I'll reach my goal for the new year

This week was the best so far I was strict on dieting and I managed to go for a 30 minutes walk 4 time this week. I've lost 1kg ??

Last week was horrible I didn't control my cravings and I had loads of cookies and waffles almost all kinds of junk I could have

Non-scale victory of the week!

I prepared meals for the whole week ahead and I had calorie restrict diet. I used to eat 3000 to 5000 cals average but I managed to eat 2000 Cal last week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Today I went to watch movie and I couldn't resist core sundae I ended up eating sweet popcorns chocolate cookies and fried chicken. Don't know how it will impact the following week weight result. But I'm really upset. I should have controlled myself. I didn't get time to do much exercise because my son was I'll. I had to be with him all the time.

I will definitely take out time for exercise I'll start with 20 mins workout. I will cut down simple sugars as much as I can.
