This week I've been really good with the food choices I made I had small but nutritious meals I had to attend 2 birthday parties but I felt really strong and I was not tempted to eat cakes and cookies etc
I've been exercising as well 30 to 50 minutes almost every day my stomach looks much smaller and I've already reached the target weight I'm really happy
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Maybe I need to start going to the gym at the moment I'm exercising at home but I get interrupted quite a lot so it would be better if I join gym I'm happy overall
