I had the urge to eat a pint of Ben & Jerry’s last night because I thought I wouldn’t make the weigh in. I resisted & made it!

We had ice cream in the work fridge that I resisted the entire week, but I did eat some on Friday night. Gotta have some cheating to survive.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to work on self control when it comes to diet & exercise. I could have resisted that ice cream & that candy & fit in another workout or two.
