Non-scale victory of the week!
Just staring up the dietbet thing again, that weight at the top is not accurate, that weight is from years ago(maybe 2020) my start weight today is 161.4. This is possibly the heaviest I have been in my life. Today is Feb 9, it is the day after Super Bowl. I was going to start yesterday, but I had planned on eating nachos for dinner and I was going to drink mimosas. I drank hot water instead, but I did eat two bowls of ground beef nachos and a slice of keylime pie. I did buy a lot of veggies and fruit on Friday. So I think I will be starting off this thing with great fresh choices in my fridge.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been depressed, which has been making me nap a lot and not get done the things I should be doing in all areas of life. I’m missing work, workouts, and eating horribly. The fact that all my clothes are uncomfortable makes it worse. Plus, pre-menopause is winning and I never thought I would be in this position since up until June of 2024 I was a consistent daily workout type person.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I bought a Hotworx’s membership and I plan on going 3x this week for hot yoga, I also plan on 4 dvd workouts that include hand weights, plus I am trying to get at least 14,000 steps a day on my Fitbit with early morning walks and an evening one if needed. I will start making meal prep meals, I use to make 4-5 at a time, 2 for the fridge and 3 for the freezer. Eventually having a nice selection in the freezer so that I’m not eating the same thing every day. Snacks will be fruit, nuts, and sometimes a cheese stick. I’m always good on water intake, I am consistent with over 100 oz a day. Friday’s discount shelf was good to me. I have lots of fresh produce to make into meals.
