I know we're "only" on day 3 of this journey, but I'm feeling so motivated and pumped! I've had a million "day 1s" in my life, but it feels different this time? I'm not being as regimented and worried about getting every detail right. I've learned what my body can and can't do and am just along for the healing. I'm shedding more than the weight this time around
