I resist tempting foods for the most part. Occasionaly i will havw a bite of my husbands onionring or burger. I have a daily dose of stevia sweetened chocolate every day to prevent cravings.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have tried harder to lose weight this week. I made my weight goal for my transformer. But i am on break from my kickstarter and i should have tried harder to continue weight loss this week.

Buying new clothes and wearing clothes that i havent worn in 3 years. I feel like a super model lol

Im slowly begining exercize. One to two times a week.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Exercize once to twice a week. Eat chicken more frequently since it is lean and filling. Continue intermittent fasting from 6 pm to noon. Keep journaling food, and be sensible.

Its getting easier but harder. Im getting it.

Over the last week....off the bet i got down to my next goal weight. However...we had a party and it went back up. Im down a little more today. So lets just hope i get to that weight again this week. Im 1.8 pounds away. My morning fasts are difficult. They make me super grouchy. So i eat at 1130 instead of noon. My evening fasts are getting easier.
