Non-scale victory of the week!

Been meal prepping for the last 3weeks, been eating clean and it made such a huge difference. Fitted into a shirt which I could not fit in properly before. Was acknowledged by two people at work about a difference as well

Going on a hike and doing gardening in the weekend, then HIIT and weightlifting through the week. Maybe sneak a few walks too. Eat only 1700calories a day
