Challenge #3: Nutrition Challenge!
The goal:
Eat a total of 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables each day, 5 days this week. The servings can be all fruits, all vegetables, or any combination of both to reach 5.
What counts as a serving?
Vegetables: 1 cup raw leafy greens (small fist), 1/2 cup other veggies, or 1/2 cup veggie juice.
Fruits: 1 medium fruit (baseball-sized), 1/2 cup chopped/cooked fruit, or 1/2 cup juice.
Optional but encouraged: Share a photo of a healthy meal you eat this week to inspire others!
Reminder: While this challenge focuses on fruits and vegetables, remember to maintain a balanced diet with a variety of food groups.
Reporting:
At the end of the week, comment on the pinned post at the top of the game page by Saturday, 10:00 PM PT. Completing the challenge enters you into a drawing for a $30 Amazon gift card or PayPal cash!

To make things more fun and motivating, I like to include weekly challenges. These are completely optional, but they’re a great way to stay interactive and inspired. Plus, you don’t need to be a member to participate!
This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge 💧
Goal: Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day for 5 days this week.
How it works:
- Starting Saturday, a post will be pinned at the top of the game feed where you can report in
- If you complete the challenge, simply comment under that post by Saturday 10:00 PM Pacific Time.
- A $10 cash reward will be given to one lucky participant, with the drawing held shortly after the deadline. (Good news: the reward increases each week!)
