I stuck to one splurge meal this week! Big accomplishment for me :) plus that means I hit my goal from last week

I could have been more consistent with tracking what I ate. I ate prepped meals but I would forget how many I ate

Be super consistent with my meal prep and tray and round out the challenge without ANY splurge meals. Hopefully that will keep me on track to hit my goals!
