Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to one splurge meal this week! Big accomplishment for me :) plus that means I hit my goal from last week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been more consistent with tracking what I ate. I ate prepped meals but I would forget how many I ate

Be super consistent with my meal prep and tray and round out the challenge without ANY splurge meals. Hopefully that will keep me on track to hit my goals!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I managed to keep some control over thanksgiving. I only had one glass of wine, and I only had a small slice of pie!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Day after thanksgining I ate more pie than on thanksgiving. I could do better eating my meal prep

To eat my meal prep 80% of the time. I know 100% is unrealistic.

My relationship with food. I’m recovering from binge eating disorder and the “all or nothing” attitude I’ve had in the past is really unhealthy
