Non-scale victory of the week!

passed up several foods in the office I really wanted to eat! Also drank more water than normal.

Everything! A lot is going on in my life and I’m letting anxiety give me an excuse to make poor food choices and eating too much food! Blah!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Night time before I go to bed it’s one of my times that I typically eat more than I should and make poor choices. It would be best if I didn’t think before I went to bed at all! Last night after a fitness class, I had my protein shake and went to bed.
