hard to handle cravings at times, but woring on finding right subsitutions. im also trying to very my workouts so i dont hurt myself and allow myself to rest/recover. still in track with stepbet k

Non-scale victory of the week!

started a StepBet challenge and I’ve met the daily goals so far. legs are tired but will try to find less intensive walking routes to give them a break. I also did the 4k community XC run while on vacation in FL in nearly 80 degree sunny weather, so I’m proud of that.
