Susan today was a run on my own as part of 15k training! Progressing is just bumping up your longer run little by little! I did 4 miles a couple of weeks, then 5 a couple more, and I was there!

  • Not a great workout today. I am thinking maybe it’s just that time in my cycle where I’m just not able to do what I normally do. So today sucked. I moved my body, modified as needed, and got in a 1.25 mile walk.

  • Behind on the calendar to mix in running, so today was L4 back and biceps circuit. Never miss a Monday!

    Had a bit of a silly weekend so got back to tracking yesterday and watched the live Q&A. Was disappointed to be up a bit today but will keep hydrated and keep tracking! Will add some evening lighter movement too. We’ve got this!!

Cravings! ? Whenever I limit certain foods, once I eventually have them again the cravings for more come back strong - to overeat at that time and to want more of it going forward.

Even when I’ve tried to incorporate those favorites into my regular diet to combat a potential deprivity mindset, I still overeat them and want more in general. I hate to think I can’t have a slice of cookie cake here and there at a party, or have chips & salsa on occasion etc, but I do find anytime I let these types of foods in I spiral for almost a week before I can nip it!

I prioritize protein, and I hit my fluid goals, but I’m still frequently hungry.

Please send help, bc I LOVE enjoying my foods! :heart:

  • 5 mile run yesterday!

    I’m falling into the trap of thinking I can work out my way out of poor food choices. It’s never worked before and isn’t working now, I’m stalled out in weight loss. Getting nutrition into gear today!!! I know there’s lots of food tips in this but I’m mostly vegetarian. I’ll figure it out!
