  • 5k done before hopping a train to NYC! Will be taking some rest days to enjoy vacation but should get plenty of steps and have some decent healthy food choices. 😄

Trying hard to dial in my nutrition and focus on water and sleep. I had my right hip replaced 19Feb and the left one 17Apr so I still have a lot of restrictions on movement, making any cardio basically impossible. Thinking of trying the upper body portion of Liift4 sitting on my bench, just so I can get Something done! Any guidance or suggestions are welcome!

  • Got the workout done!

    I’m training for a race and I like to mix up lava with traditional strength so I’ll be bouncing between the hybrid calendar and other stuff, but always appreciate a good mash up calendar.

    I haven’t gotten the email yet, can someone tell me what tomorrow’s workout is? 😅

  • How many calories diet are the recipes for? Like if my goal is 1400 calories per day, how do I know how much to adjust the recipes as they are listed in nutritional guide you gave us? Is there an easy way to figure that out? Bc I need easy or this is gonna get stressful trying to convert everything lol
