I did another week of Liift More and squeezed in 3 runs

Eating - I did well for most of the days and ended up hungry after work. I need to eat more protein with less fat

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

stress at work! I'm a stress eater. I rock workouts but am fighting a small injury so had to take about a week off. That also stresses me out!
