Non-scale victory of the week!

I did an 8 day cleanse challenge this week. I did a very good job of sticking to plan. It was easier than I thought it would be! I've never finished this challenge without cheating before.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I felt like I should have lost more than 4 lbs on the challenge. I think the average is 8. I am going to drink more water this week and try again .

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've lost 2" around my waist since I've started!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've strayed from diet a little bit more than I would've liked and gave in to the pizza temptation the kids brought home this week. I need to increase my workout days.
