  • I used to be able to do 5 miles on the elliptical and barely break a sweat. I went back to the gym exactly 2 months ago and set a goal for myself to hit 5 miles again by the end of this year. Today, I did 3.5 miles -- and had to stop myself, because I could have kept going. Looking forward to killing my goal!

Nice job!!! One of my goals is to get back to 30 mins of elliptical in the mornings. I used to go to town like no other and now 10 minutes is hard. Lol.

I did not plan well today! 😩 When you’re out and about with no plan and food to be on the go, where do you stop and what do you get? I’m trying to think what will not derail me, mostly mentally!

If I have to do fast food it’s typically chicken fil a grilled chicken nuggets and fruit cup. But the grocery salad is great!!
