Does anyone have any kind of visual to track the number of days they’ve been going at this? I’m almost thinking like a sticker chart, like when you do with kids! But I don’t know exactly what I’m thinking and how I want to track it. But I want to be able to look at something let’s say six months from now, and see that I’ve been on this path for 175 days. Or maybe like pennies in a jar. Something I can put like on my bathroom counter, or on a closet door, or something like that. Does anyone do this? Or have any good ideas?

Michelle I journal daily all my movements, meditation, food and so much other stuff but I also use a habit tracker every month because I helps me to visually fill in boxes and see the work on one page I’ll post a pic

  • Tried a new Greek yogurt tonight. I keep seeing people make healthier cheesecakes with this on socials & i wasn't disappointed! Kept it simple tonight by mixing a serving with some sugar free cheesecake jello mix, some powdered peanut butter and it was yummy! Greek yogurt has been a staple lately for a go to sweet treat. Take the foods you love & make them healthy!

I’m just getting started on my journey after yoyo’ing more times than I like to admit. Of course now, I’m 30 pounds more than last time when I tried this. But that’s not my point. My point is, I’m back and ready. Motivated. But ALL I can think about is food. I wake up and I think about food. Pass my pantry and think about food. Run an errand and think about food. Play with my dogs and think about food. Take my kids to the pool and think about food. I’m sure you get the point. Arg. My brain is soooo wired for junk right now.

Yeah me too...I have to trick myself into thinking I like tinfeel hungry, that's hard too. And think about food al the time too...pizza cravings

I’ve done it a few times as I basically gain and lose the same 10lbs a couple
Times a year :joy:. However, dieting back down from 10-13 lbs over is a lot easier than getting to the point of needing to lose 30-40+ pounds so it’s how I’ve kept my weight stable as an adult

Yes, you get money back if you manage to lose the weight. I unfortunately keep gaining and losing the same weight.

  • Just getting back into this food tracking and doing better working out. Ill be running thr Army 10miler so I need some pounds and inches off and want to be healthier.

    QUESTION
    Do you meal prep?
    Are you the one thats purchases meal made already? If so who do u prefer?

    Are you one that has food meals delivered and cook yourself? If so who ur favorite?

    Or do you go shopping and cook and plan everything yourself?

    Me personally, I enjoy buying meals already made and I just pop in the microwave, but with a family now I meal prep every 3 days.

I live on a hobby farm so right now we have meat and eggsfrom the farm. And garden veggies to use as well as fresh fruits and berries. Using what we have. ?. I like to cook though. Daughter of a former caterer. :raising_hand:‍♀️
