Non-scale victory of the week!
Upping my workouts this week. Trying to do st least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week. It’s harder with my schedule to get in long workouts so I’m aiming for a short session almost every day.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My water intake. I have been better about drinking more water. Probably double from what I had been.

To continue on the trajectory I’m on at this point and to continue to add more receipes to my repertoire. I have to have variety.
