Non-scale victory of the week!

Upping my workouts this week. Trying to do st least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week. It’s harder with my schedule to get in long workouts so I’m aiming for a short session almost every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My water intake. I have been better about drinking more water. Probably double from what I had been.

To continue on the trajectory I’m on at this point and to continue to add more receipes to my repertoire. I have to have variety.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have a long history of getting an amount of weight off and then gaining back. I have always been considered overweight in varying degrees and I’m looking to once and for all get the weight off and keep it off for good.
