Non-scale victory of the week!
That was the hardest ever - the last few days. went on 3hrs-long walk before final way-in... Hot bath would even be better but managed without it. Fingers crossed it gets approved and I jump straight into the next game!

I missed a few days of walking.. 10K a day must be a non-negotiable!!

I really need to keep this momentum going. This is want brings me down each time. I win the game and then give myself "one week break" - and this is when it all hoes back to ....xxxx.... So... the goal is - keep disciplined and carry on!!!!!
