Thanks for this! :relaxed: My scale didn’t move for 4 days. Ugh. But then this morning dropped 3 lbs. :sweat_smile: I’ve noticed when I exercise I actually hold water in my body so usually it’s the day after a rest day that I show a loss.

So frustrated…and the scale not dropping anymore. Weighing everything I eat in grams, water is good, lifting and movement is good. Maybe leg day soreness cause a little inflammation-but good grief -let’s go!

I worked with a nutritionist and she said if the scale is stuck, eat only steak and apples for 2 days. Crazy but it did work for me

Good Morning! Full disclosure, my sleep was disastrous last night. I have so much on my mind dealing with my youngest teen and certain choices he has been recently making. The stress is so real and taxing. Today I am going to have to work especially hard to adhere to my goals
And commitments for myself as I am sure I will be more tired and more snacky due to this lack of sleep and stress. Feeling all the mom stress…it was so much easier when they were Littles.
