Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to my company Christmas party and did not eat anything off of the dessert table and only had one glass of wine.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, not getting the stomach flu would have been a huge bonus. Ended up with that on Friday morning and still fighting it and trying to get my appetite back.

Did about 2 weeks worth of meal prep in only 2 hours. This included all of my lunches for work.
