My hunger was quite manageable! My meals were also better - healthier and lower calorie.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Snacking in the evening is still an issue. I need to get that under control.

Get back to 3 days of strength training and 2 days of Pilates. consistently. Eliminate snacking on goodies and replace it with veggies.

My pants are falling off and my head are getting a bit roomy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Balanced my meals better, as in my macros. Too much fat in a single meal is problematic for the digestive system!

Sticking to the plan every single day! I didn't go over on calories one single day and finally managed to get enough protein.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less popcorn and/or rye chips.

I hit my goal so I plan to relax a bit but not go off the rails with food. I want to stay 80-90% on the plan I've been following.

I am FEELING better. Less pain, more energy. This is good!

I kind of blew my plan at Craig's bday dinner. The bread! And olive oil and pesto sauce!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I redid my measurements and I lost nearly 3 inches off my waist! that is typically where I gain the most AND lose first. Now my pants are so much more comfortable!

I still need to get more protein and more of my carbs from vegetables.

I got in all of my water! I started doing cardio, riding a bike at the Y. I'm getting in a bit ore fruit and veggies but not berries. Must work on that.

Getting in the healthy berries. Should have done cardio at least one more time.

Berries and more cardio. Less of a Friday night "cheat" meal. Do something more healthy than last Friday.
