    Each week, I run a fun (and totally optional) challenge to help keep things engaging and motivating.

    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge
    Drink 64 oz. of water on any 2 days between now and Saturday night.

    Let me know if you need to modify this challenge to better fit your needs. These are meant to feel supportive, not stressful.

    How to Enter:
    On Friday, I’ll post a Challenge Check-In at the top of the game feed.
    If you complete the challenge, just leave a comment on that post by Saturday at 10 PM PT to be entered into the prize drawing.
