I'm with you! I gained 4 pounds last week due to limited exercise and increased salt and carbs but I've been very careful this week with carbs and salt and upped my water. Down 3 pounds in 4 days bc of salt. Still not to goal but I'm hopeful

I submitted my weigh in. I live in a very tiny house so getting a space big enough to get the “full body” angle meant I had to balance my phone on a shoe that was halfway in and halfway out of a drawer….and had to remove my bras from their hooks on the back of my door. Yay.
