No gym today, but my watch says I got in about 500 move calories today, as I picked up and unloaded a couple hundred pounds of glass and 145 bricks. (We’re building a greenhouse, baby!) So I think that counts.

Stayed on plan with my eating yesterday and today, so if my weights not down tomorrow… I will be very disappointed. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s hard!

With heavy lifting remember you may also be building muscle mass and that could cause scale to go up, but this is a NSV!
