No gym today, but my watch says I got in about 500 move calories today, as I picked up and unloaded a couple hundred pounds of glass and 145 bricks. (We’re building a greenhouse, baby!) So I think that counts.
Stayed on plan with my eating yesterday and today, so if my weights not down tomorrow… I will be very disappointed. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s hard!
