What are your goals for the upcoming week?
During this last month I was traveling for 2.5 weeks (NYC, Boston, D.C., Acadia NP). Did a LOT of walking but I wasn't monitoring my diet very well. So not surprised, and did not stress, re weight.
This month I will write down everything I eat, start working in some weights, and add more hiking to my walking. Oh, and stretching! I haven't been stretching (they say "confessing is good for the soul"). Better add some meditating too!
The photo is of women's restroom in the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum (I thought unique and refreshing). Now I wish I'd taken pics of ALL the restrooms that were such a significant part of my adventures!
