Haven't looked at Dietbet much the past month but tried some of Bodi's new 10 minute workouts, woke up early some days to ride bike without the littles being up, and last week committed to another round of LIIFT 4 (it's cute watching my 20 month old do mountain climbers, lol. For nutrition, following the book Fast Like A Girl and finally seeing the scale go down! My hormones are also more balanced and I have more energy!! Congrats to everyone that made their goal weight and also a shout out to everyone that showed up and tried!
