Not going to make my goal this round. Not for lack of trying. Still eating good, walking in the mornings. working out with weights. My clothes are looser and I see a difference, my neighbor noticed a difference too. My weight is up 5lbs from 4 days ago. I should have planned this better instead of joining one with weigh ins right before my cycle starts each month. ? Going to keep going and push harder to make next weigh ins!
