Non-scale victory of the week!

I have resisted sweets, including my coffee, my clothes fit better, and I wore a dress that I hadn’t in a long time and looked great in it! GOD IS GOOD!!!

there were times when I could’ve pushed myself more... and I compromised a little bit this past weekend
