I’ve been stuck at a plateau for almost 2 weeks now and getting frustrated. Good thing is I know from experience that once it breaks I will drop like 5 pounds in a day!

  • I don’t know if you can call it “body dysmorphia” but maybe a bit of a delusion. 60-ish pounds down in a year (partly thanks to FatGirlFedUp & DietBet) and I sometimes feel like I haven’t progressed much. Especially if I have days with not so clean eating and less physical activity. But sometimes you just need a side-by-side to feel accomplished. Sorry for all the skin 😬
