Consistency was the key this week! Get up, walk, light work out, good meals. A few hours of yard work in the hot sun definitely helped!

This week was very busy. Between work and moving one of my kids into his college apartment, it was hard to keep eating well. Need to stay consistent with good eating habits this coming week!

Over the past few months I have not adhered to the good habits I formed. Now I am paying the price and I have my work cut out for me. My non-scale victory is admitting that I have fallen of courseand taking the preliminary steps I need to get back on track.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This is a tough time of the year for me. I'm a big time football fan and I LOVE game time food! I know it's bad...but I crave it! Did a good job keeping it to a minimum this week, and put in the exercise so I still had a 3.5lb loss this week. Yes!!
