Non-scale victory of the week!
I got a lot of walking in and I feel like that was a great non-scale victory! I move my body almost had a perfect week on my Apple Watch.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could’ve made better food choices, I did not stick to my plan, and I gave into the temptation of the camp, cafeteria food, and a bag of Oreos

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
my goals for this week are to earn this badge that I haven’t earned since 2023 and make good healthy food choices in moderation and avoid all desserts. I am trying to break the sugar habit.
